Celeste Gordon, Pastry Chef
Celeste began baking at the age of 9 for family and friends and has been doing it ever since. Following her dream of someday baking professionally, she earned her Pastry Chef certification from the Art Institute of Houston in 1992. She honed her skills in different kitchens throughout Houston area including managing both HEB and Walmart bakeries for a total of 20 years.

In 1996, Celeste's dream became a reality and Celeste's Cakes N More was born. Located in Houston, Texas the business specializes in traditional wedding cakes, specialty cakes, cupcakes, and cake balls for all occasions. Every item is created with the utmost care and attention to detail. Each ingredient is treated with the proper respect and thoughtfulness it deserves - from the flour to the dairy farmer's eggs and butter. Celeste's Cakes N More stands by its motto, "QUALITY FIRST" and it's served her business well..
